While automatic brick laying machines significantly improve efficiency and reduce manual labor, proper operation and maintenance are essential to ensure smooth production and extend the machine’s service life. Here are some important considerations:

 

Before production begins, check that the pallet is clean and free from any residual material. If leftover material is bonded to the surface, it must be removed—preferably by scraping—to avoid affecting brick quality or causing uneven molding.

Ensure that the mixing hopper is free of large aggregates, debris, or any foreign objects. Hard materials or contaminants can cause serious wear or damage to internal components of the machine.

The pressing time must be properly adjusted. If it’s too short, the bricks may not form correctly or be too weak. If it’s too long, it can affect efficiency and may cause unnecessary strain on the machine.

During operation, the pallet should align properly with the mold plane. Misalignment can lead to uneven bricks and mechanical wear. Regular checks and adjustments help maintain accuracy and consistency.

Although the machine is automated, it still requires supervision. Operators should monitor the system, carry out routine maintenance, and promptly address any issues to ensure safe and efficient production.
