01 Working Principle of Concrete Line Pump
BackThe working principle of a truck-mounted concrete line pump is essentially the same as that of a trailer-mounted pump. It works by having the engine drive a hydraulic pump to generate pressurized oil, which drives two main hydraulic cylinders to move the pistons in the two concrete delivery cylinders in a reciprocating motion. Through the coordinated action between the S-valve and the main cylinders, concrete is continuously drawn into the delivery cylinders from the hopper and pumped through the delivery pipeline to the construction site.
