Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer

The Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer (also called JS concrete mixer) uses twin-shaft compulsory mixing technology and is an industrial machine with dual functions: independent operation and integration into a concrete batching plant system. It can be paired with the PLD series batching machines and is suitable for precast component production and construction projects such as roads and bridges.

The Twin-shaft Compulsory Mixer is mainly composed of a mixing system, a feeding mechanism, a discharging device, a water supply system and an electrical system.

The motor drives the gearbox, transmitting power from the shaft to the mixer. The mixer is installed on the mixing shafts, and the blades rotate to evenly mix the materials. During the mixing process, the materials are subjected to shear forces from two directions, achieving the desired mixing effect.
