HZS series concrete batching plant is very common, but since it consists of many different components, many customers are not very familiar with how it works. Let’s take a closer look.
The HZS series concrete batching plant uses computer control technology to carry out real-time measurement and display of operating parameters through sensors, hardware circuits, I/O interface circuits, and display panels. It controls actuators to achieve overall control of the batching plant.
01Working process of HZS Series Concrete Batching Plant
BackAggregates (such as crushed stone and sand) are loaded into the aggregate storage bins of the batching station by a loader. Under the control of the system, they are weighed and discharged to the receiving hopper of the feeding belt conveyor, then transported by the belt conveyor to the waiting hopper above the mixer. At the same time, under the control of the system, cement is transferred from the cement silo to the cement weighing hopper via a screw conveyor, while water and additives are delivered to their respective weighing hoppers by the liquid supply system.
Once all the materials are weighed, the pneumatic gates of the waiting hopper, cement weighing hopper, fly ash weighing hopper, water weighing hopper, and additive weighing hopper are opened in a set sequence. Simultaneously, the vibrators of the waiting hopper, cement weighing hopper, and fly ash weighing hopper are switched on, along with the water inlet booster pump. This allows all materials to flow into the mixer, where they are thoroughly mixed. After mixing, the discharge door of the mixer opens, and the concrete is released into the discharge hopper, from which it is loaded into a concrete mixer truck — completing one mixing cycle.
